How quickly does the product work?

Are there any side effects when taking the product?

Can I take the product with medicines/ antibiotics?

How long should I take the product, and what happens if I stop?
The live bacteria stays in your gut for as long as you continue to take the product. It performs its action in the gut and then will naturally be swept out by regular bowel movements. Taking a single dose every day ensures your gut remains primed.
Does the product need to be kept in the fridge?
No. It just needs to be stored at under 25˚C. Alflorex has been carefully formulated to be stable at room temperature, and does not need to be refrigerated. The special packaging means that they can travel with you and still keep their qualities.
