Directions
Add 1 level scoop of powder (13g) to 500ml of water, during or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, it can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15°C to 25°C), out of reach of young children.
