Our Waterfall D-Mannose tablets were launched in 2007 and were one of the first D-Mannose tablets available to purchase in the UK. Waterfall D-Mannose Original Tablets are produced using our formula, containing precisely 1000mg (1g) of naturally sourced birch D-Mannose in each tablet. Our tablets contain no bulking agents or fillers, allowing for a more streamlined, easy-to-swallow 1000mg tablet.

  • Ease symptoms of Cystitis, Urinary Tract Infections, Prostatitis and other bladder conditions.
  • Used long-term as a preventative and shorter-term for immediate support.
