How to use ?

Step 1

Install the 35mm hole opener, adjust the drilling depth, and then lock the limit ring.

Note: Adjustable limit ring control and locking according to the depth of the hinge clamp.

Step 2

Determine the thickness of the wood board, adjust the fast clip black pressure plate fixed size.

Note: The tool can be adjusted to fix the size of the wood board 12-25mm.

Step 3

Move the hole punch to the board marking line and drilling position, lock the quick fixing clip, and the adjustable platen fits the wood board.

Step 4

Install the hole opener shank on the electric drill and tighten it, press down evenly to open the hole to 12-13mm depth, then drill 2mm screw holes on the left and right sides.

Step 5

Finish drilling the holes, the distance from the 35mm hole to the edge is 5mm, which is suitable for most common hinges.

Step 6

Install the 35mm hinge fixture and lock the left and right set screws.
