How to Use?
If you’re at home, we recommend blending with fruit and other superfoods to make a nourishing smoothie. For a post-gym shake, just add 1 teaspoon of organic cacao powder for flavour. Whey protein can also be added to recipes like cookies, flapjacks, pancakes and overnight oats.
Post Workout Smoothie: Blend 350ml water, 20g whey protein, 5g cacao powder, 5g maca powder, ½ frozen banana and a dollop of peanut butter.
