Indications

FOR AN AMINO BOOST: Consumer one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals.

FOR PRE-WORKOUTENERGY: Take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY: Take 1-2 servings immediately after training.

Amino Acid Blend (Taurine, L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Arginine, Beta-Alanine as CarnoSyn, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Tyrosine, L-Histidine, L-Lysine Hydrochloride, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Methonine), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Tartaric Acid), Flavouring, Colours (Beetroot Red, Curcumin, Beta-Carotene), Inulin, Thickeners (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Natural Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, L-Ascorbic Acid, Green Coffee Extract.

Directions

Add 2 level scoops (9 g) to 330 ml (11 oz) of cold water and mix until powder is completely dissolved. Recommended consumption of 1 serving per day, either before, during or after your workout
