Product Description

Do smart bulbs need to be near a router to work?

The maximum installation distance with router we recommend is 15 feet with an eight inch wall in between.

* The actual distance used will be affected by the environment, for example metal luminaires can weaken the signal.

The light bulb does not connect to Alexa or Google Home?

The wifi smart bulb cannot connect to Alexa or Google Home directly, please connect to Smart Life APP first, then bind your Alexa/Google account in your device information, the bulb will automatically sync to Alexa/Google Home.

Bulb connection failed?

1) Confirm the signal is strong and stable enough.

2) Confirm that the bulb is in pairing mode (fast blinking or slow blinking).

3) Make sure the wifi signal is 2.4Ghz and the password is correct
