1. Why can't the headphones connect to the device's Bluetooth?
Check if Bluetooth is turned on, delete the Bluetooth pairing list from the mobile device and try to connect again, put the headset back into the charging box, and then take out two headphones from the charging box, and wait for 5-10 seconds.
Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and search for "L8". Tap the name in the Bluetooth pairing list to complete the pairing.
2. Why is there no sound from the headphones?
Verify that the headphones are working properly. Check whether the volume of the headphones is appropriate. Check whether the headphones are connected to the mobile phone normally. Make sure the headset is in the normal working area. The effective use distance of headphones is 10 meters.
3. Why do the headphones make intermittent or abnormal sounds?
The performance of headphones is low, please charge and reconnect. There is an obstacle between the mobile phone and the headphones, or the distance exceeds the signal range. Turn off the headset, press and hold the left and right buttons of the headset for 5 seconds to reset the device. Our headset uses Bluetooth V5.0 chip. If your mobile phone has a lower Bluetooth chip version, the signal reception performance will be poor.
4. Why is only one of my headphones working? How should I reset the headphones?
