Notices:

1.For the Windows laptop usb c docking station on DP1.2, due to the laptop's limited bandwidth, one of the monitor's resolutions will be lower than 1080P (The final display resolution depends on the bandwidth of the laptop graphics card )

2.When you upgrade the laptop to the Win11 system and the docking station does not work, please check if the graphics card driver is updated. If still does not work, Please upgrade the driver.

3. Please confirm that your laptops with a Full-featured USB Type-C port.(Support DisplayPort, charging, data transfer protocol)

4. Please plug in the Laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before using External drives and multiple displays. In order to avoid insufficient power supply and cause inability to operate.

5. For MAC OS, It CAN NOT support MST Display, Only SST Mirror Mode due to Mac OS limitation.

6. Due to the process of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication, once you plug the monitors, it might blackout screen for a few seconds. The recovery time depends on the and monitor (1 minute at max).

7. No matter the WIN system or Mac Os system, the max resolution of monitors will be 1080P when connect with the VGA monitor.

1.When I connect to 3 monitors, why do both monitors show the same image?

When connected to triple monitors, devices running macOS only support screen mirroring. Windows supports both Single-Stream Transport (SST) and Multi-Stream Transport (MST) modes. macOS and iPadOS only support Single-Stream Transport (SST) model.

2. Why can't my MacBook laptop split the source screen to more than 2 monitors?

For Mac OS, due to apple system restrictions, the docking station could only support extending one monitor, the other monitors could only copy the monitor you extend.

3. Why does the laptop get hot when it is connected to the usb c hub to work?

The hub temperature will heat up when it works. 0℃ - 50 ℃ is the normal and reasonable range. It's a normal situation for all hubs, not a quality problem, please feel relieved about usage.
