About Wireless PTZ Camera Humanoid Auto Tracking

Q.How to enable humanoid tracking on the APP?

A: Please open the Camhipro app> Click to enter the camera> Swipe the bottom half of the interface to the third page> Click the preset position button> Enter the number 67> Click call or transfer button (Note: no need to click the setting button)

Q.After completing the humanoid tracking, will the ptz wifi camera automatically return to the original position?

A: Support, the ptz wifi camera will automatically return to the original position about 35 seconds after the tracking is completed.

Q.How to change the original position of humanoid tracking?

A: After finding another position that needs humanoid tracking, enter the preset number 67 again and click call/transfer button. At this time, the wifi outdoor camera will be in another position to humanoid tracking.

Q.Why does the camera go back to the position where humanoid tracking is turned on about 35 seconds after manually using the camera's ptz function?

A: Reason: Because you turned on the humanoid tracking command.

Solution1 :

Call or transfer the preset 68 to turn off the humanoid tracking function, and then use the camera's PTZ function manually.

Solution2 :

If you want to continue to use the humanoid tracking function, after finding a satisfactory position, call or transfer the preset position 67 again.

Upgraded Color and Infrafed Night Vision

Night vision distance:

with Upgraded 12pcs infrared lights and floodlights, this outdoor camera has a night vision distance of 210ft.

About the Three Night Vision Modes:

Infrared Mode: The picture is black and white. The infrared light of the PTZ camera outdoor will be turned on. By default, this PTZ outdoor camera is in infrared mode.

Full Color Mode: The picture is in color. The floodlights of the outdoor WiFi camera will be turned on to emit white light to illuminate the surrounding environment. (In order to prolong the service life of the outdoor floodlight WiFi camera, it is recommended not to turn on the floodlights for a long time.)

Intelligent Mode: The picture is in color. At night, when the IP camera outdoor detects the motion, the floodlights of the IP outdoor camera will be turned on to illuminate the surrounding environment.

About SD Card Recording & How to Install the SD Card

1. About SD Card Recording:

(1) .Support up to 128G micro SD card（SD card is not included in the WiFi PTZ camera）. Kind reminder, please do not use an SD card with too little storage space, which will cause the camera to be unable to store videos.

(2) .Support 24/7 all-day recording and alarm recording , if the SD card is full, the new recording will overwrite the old recording in turn.

(3) .Support APP and PC software to download and playback videos in SD card. (including time playback and file playback)

(4) .Support remote access the video from SD card of security outdoor camera.

2.Notes on how to install the SD card:

(1) The SD card slot is located below the camera.

(2) When opening the SD card slot back cover, be careful not to lose the screws on it.

(3) To prevent the SD card from falling into the camera, our package is equipped with tweezers. Please use tweezers to place the SD card in the card slot. If the SD card accidentally falls into the camera, it can be taken out by shaking or using tweezers.
