Product Description
Nicotinell gum relieves and/or helps to prevent craving and nicotine withdrawal symptoms associated with smoking dependence. It is indicated to aid smokers wishing to quit or reduce prior to quitting as well as to assist smokers who are unwilling or unable to smoke, and as a safer alternative to smoking for smokers and those around them. When chewed, nicotine is released slowly and absorbed through the lining of the mouth.

Directions
Chew one piece of gum slowly until the taste becomes strong. Rest the gum between your cheek and gum to allow the nicotine to absorb into your bloodstream. When the taste fades, start chewing again. Repeat this process for about 30 minutes. Use a piece of gum every 1-2 hours or whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Do not exceed 15 pieces of gum per day. Follow a gradual reduction plan over 12 weeks, decreasing the number of pieces chewed each day.
