Which type of measurements can be taken with the GLM 50-23 G?
The GLM 50-23 G can take length, areas, volumes, angle and indirect height measurements. It also features continuous measurement and a Tape Measure mode to visualize the measurements in a traditional way.
Is the GLM 50-23 G compatible with the LI-Ion battery pack?
Yes, the rangefinder can be used with the additionally available Li-Ion battery BA 3.7V 1.0Ah A. It provides long runtime and higher flexibility as it can be charged with various 5V USB power supplies and even allows to operate while charging.
Is the GLM 50-23 G Bluetooth connected?
No, the GLM 50-23 G does not have the Bluetooth functionality. In order to use the Bluetooth connectivity functions together with the Measure On App, consider other rangefinders as the GLM 50-27 C & CG.
Why is the tilt sensor especially useful?
The tilt sensor allows to measure both inclinations and angles. It also helps to have a better readability of the display when being in different perspectives as it activates the flip display.
What is the reference level for measurements?
The reference level is the point from where the measurement is taken. The default reference level is the rear edge of the tool (eg. When placing it against a wall), but it can also be set to the front or the middle of the tool, if used with a tripod.
