This is Sara from Hifree, Thanks for ordering our smart table lamp LT-T21, we have fixed some technical bugs for this model, if your lamp cannot connect with Alexa or Google assistance, please try the following two steps to get connected:
1. Please open your “Smart Life” app or “Tuya” app, remove/delete the connected T21 light in the device list
2. Long press the “Mode Button” on the lamp to enter pairing mode(when the light is flashing, it shows it is ready for pairing), open your “Smart Life” app and pair the lamp with the app, After you have successfully paired, you can click “Me” on the app, and click “Alexa or google assistance” to get connected. We would appreciate your understanding about the re-pairing process.
