Directions
Pre Workout: Add 1 level scoop of powder (16.5g) to 350ml of water, 30 minutes before intense exercise. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15°C to 25°C). BCAA: Add 1 level scoop of powder (13g) to 500ml of water, during or after high intensity exercise. Alternatively, it can be added to a water bottle and consumed throughout the day. Store and transport in original closed packaging in a dry and dark place at ambient temperature (between 15°C to 25°C), out of reach of young children. Protein Powder: Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice. Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker or blender.
