A: Note:
1) If we answer the incoming call by touching the iphone screen, the default answer channel is via iphone itself. We need to touch the "audio icon" and exchange it from iphone to E500Pro.
2) Since the phone volume is synchronized by default when answering callings, if the volume is too low to hear, please increase the volume.
3. Q: Is there a shortcut key to answer/hang up a call directly?
A: Yes, if you use the "BT" shortcut button , you don't need to switch the microphone of the call to the E500Pro any more.

A: If via the PC to answer callings, please be sure the input and output mic of your PC is E500Pro.
5. Q: Why does one-key mute not work?
A: Make sure to press the "ANC" button three times in quickly and regularly, then the blue light flashes to indicate success.
6. Q: How to reset E500Pro Wireless Headphones?
A: Press and hold both volume "+" and ”-“ at the same time for about 7 seconds, reset process finished after the headset beeps twice. then the power indicator flashes red and blue alternately, it's in the pairing mode again.
