An interdental brush is the most efficient way to remove plaque between the teeth in a user-friendly way. It's designed to clean the gaps where a regular toothbrush is unable to reach. The TePe Interdental Brush Original Grey has a larger brush size (ISO size 7) and have a thicker, bendable wire. Directions

Insert the brush head between your teeth by gently turning it up to the flexible part. Then rub the brush back and forth several times, without straining, to remove plaque and food scraps. Rinse the brush head after use.
