HOW DO I ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF MY CRUTCH?

STEP 1

Remove the height adjustment clip by using both thumbs and pulling upwards. This will help remove the height adjustment clip more easily.

STEP 2

Stand up straight on a firm and flat surface, let your arm hang naturally on your side.

STEP 3

When the crutch is at the correct height for you, click the adjustment clip into the correct hole.
