When I receive the solar light, how do I check if the built-in battery is charged?
If it does not light up for 2~3 seconds, the internal battery may be dead. For this case: leave the solar panel open in the sun for at least 6 hours to recharge it. Please note that the battery cannot be charged when it is switched off.
Where do you recommend mounting the product?
Select a place with a height of 1.5 to 3.5 m and direct sunlight. Please note that avoid installing solar panels near light sources or strong reflective environments, otherwise lights may flick all the time at night.
What if the product does not light up after charging?
The light will only turn on when movement of people or cars is detected at night or in a dark environment. It may not turn on in bright places during the day and night.
