EASY TO USE :
Adults take 1 capsule in the morning, and one mid afternoon (with a glass of water).
Can be taken with, or without foo.d (if you are prone to reflux / heartburn, take with foo.d).
Do not exceed the advisable daily intake.
To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule in the morning for 5 days, then raise to 2 capsules per day (experienced users can start on 2 capsules per day).
Do not take less than 6 hours prior to sleeping.
Drink a MINIMUM of 2 litres of water each day.
Results vary based on each person's metabolism. Some users see results within the first week, while others may need months.
