Type-C Charging While Working

Why the microphone does not work?

1. Ensure the device has power.

2. Ensure the TX & RX are paired. Light flashing means they're not paired.

3. Unplug the RX with your phone to play the recording.

4. Remove the insulating film on the top/bottom of the mics.

How to use the microphone on my phone?

There is a 3.5mm to Lightning/USB-C adapter included in the parcel. (Note: The Solo kit does NOT.) You may use this adapter to connect the RX of Lark M1 to your phone.

How to know whether the microphone is compatible with my phone?

Please let us know the model of your smartphone, and we will help you find out if it can be used with your device.

Why is one of the microphones not recording?

Due to the protocol of the phone not matching well with the receiver, the mic can not be used in the Stereo mode. Please change the mode to Mono mode by long-pressing the 'volume -' button of the receiver till the light turns green.

What should I do if there's noise while recording?

1. Check if the mic is connected and paired.

2. Remove the insulating film on the top of the mic.

3. The connecting cable should be bought from the Hollyland store. (The cable from another store may not be suitable for our microphone)
