Ingredients
Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Instantising Agent (Sunflower Lecithin).
May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites
Directions
Mix 3/4 (three quarters) of a scoop (10 g) with 500 ml cold water. Instant BCAA is most commonly used before, during and after your workout or sipped throughout the day. Use 1 - 3 servings per day.
