Multifunctional smartwatch for Android and Apple phones - Important Tips.

1. When you first receive your watch, please charge it first to activate it.

2. If you charge your watch with the charging adapter, the recommended voltage is 5 V. Do not use a power adapter with more than 5 V/2 A to charge your watch. Note: Please do not charge the watch in the car due to unstable voltage and current.

3. This smartwatch can receive and make calls. However, It does not support texting on the watch;

It does not support pairing via cellular network or Wifi. It does not support SIM cards. It is not compatible with PC or tablet computers.

This watch does not have built-in GPS, please connect your mobile phone to record your exercise route.

4. It is 3ATM (IP68) waterproof, sweatproof and rainproof and can be used directly in environments such as daily washing and showers (cold water).

How to switch the 24 Hour to 12 Hour, Celsius to Fahrenheit, metric to Imperial?

  1. 24 Hour to 12 Hour, go to the app > Device > Hour style > choose “Hour Style 12” or “Hour style 24”
  2. Celsius to Fahrenheit, go to the app > Me > Unit > choose ”Fahrenheit” or ”Celsius”
  3. Metric to Imperial, go to the app > Me > Unit > choose ”Metric” or “Imperial”

Can't connect the watch to your phone?

  1. Please check to see if the device has been connected to another mobile phone. If connected to another Android phone, please disconnect the phone and try again. If connected to another iPhone, please go to → Settings → Find My Device in the Bluetooth list. Click on the small icon to the right of the Bluetooth name to ignore the device and try again.
  2. Please turn off Bluetooth setting, turn on again, and find device name to connect.
  3. Try restarting the watch and then connect to device.
  4. Try restarting the phone, opening the App, and searching again.

Notifications not work?

  1. Make sure that the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on and the watch is connected.
  2. Make sure that the notification reminder in the App is turned on. Give the Notification Permission of the app and keep the app always running in the phone background.
  3. Check if the message can be prompted normally in the notification bar of the mobile phone. If there is no notification bar, the device will not receive notifications.
  4. Make sure the device and App are not on Do Not Disturb mode.
