  • D3 appears to increase active levels of vitamin D in our bodies, more effectively than D2. Our D3 is from Lanolin which is sourced only from wool sheared from a live, healthy sheep.

MK-7 – The most effective form of vitamin K2

  • We use 100% trans MK-7 as this is the most effective form available, with a much longer half life (3 days) than other forms. A longer half-life means it stays in your body for a longer period of time and has a greater chance of building up a consistent blood level.
  • The K2 (MK-7) in our D3+K2 formula is "100% Trans" - Like most biological molecules, MK-7 can exist as geometric isomers that can occur in the cis, trans, and cis/trans forms; however, only the all-trans form is biologically significant as it's this form that sustains biological activity.
